Thirty educational institutions of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) have passed state accreditation in Russia. This was stated to journalists on Thursday, May 26, by the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Mikhail Kushakov at the ceremony of presenting certificates of accreditation.
According to him, there are eight universities among educational institutions.
“Eight higher educational institutions have successfully passed Russian accreditation, 11 institutions of secondary vocational education and also 11 schools,” the minister noted.
Earlier that day, it became known that the Kherson region plans to fully integrate into the Russian education system. This was announced by the head of the department of education of the region Tatiana Kuzmich.
As Kuzmich emphasized, the region plans to adopt the principles of Russian education “while preserving the best local educational traditions.”
