Qualcomm, Apple, Google and LG are among the companies that have committed to developing this technology. And Nokia has recently joined them.
Nokia CEO Pekka Lundmark, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, said that the 6G mobile network will be launched by the end of this decade, and we are talking about commercial availability.
The top manager also said that non-smartphones will become the main devices using 6G. By 2030, completely unique devices will be developed, some of which will be built into human bodies.
Currently, Huawei is the largest manufacturer of 5G equipment in the world. Many companies have already begun investing heavily in 6G.
