Among the first SSDs from PCI-e 5.0 was a novelty from Apacer and Zadak. The Apacer AS2280F5 and Zadak TWSG5 NVMe drives are identical in performance and provide sequential read and write speeds of up to 13 GB / s and 12 GB / s, respectively.
Other parameters, including speed when working with random blocks, vendors did not disclose. The devices are made in the form factor M.2 2280, use four lines of PCI Express 5.0 and are equipped with an aluminum radiator.
Zadak also completes the novelty with a thin graphene-based heat sink. On the other hand, there is backward compatibility with PCI-E 4.0 and a 5-year warranty. Unfortunately, no information was received about the price of the SSD.
