The State Special Communications Service stated that it will most likely not be possible to restore communication in the Kherson region in the near future due to the intervention of the occupiers in the operation of the equipment. This is stated in the message of the department.

In particular, the invaders cut off the power of equipment, disconnect cables and more.
“Unfortunately, communication in the region will most likely not be restored in the near future, as the relevant equipment is under the full control of the occupation regime and the Russian military,” the State Special Communications Service said.
It is noted that the residents of the region were left without Ukrainian mobile communication and Internet access. Also, they cannot make national and international calls using landlines.
Attempts by the State Special Communications Service to connect Ukrainian users to Russian Internet networks and mobile operators, which are fully controlled by hostile intelligence services, are not ruled out.
“Such actions will be a gross violation of international law and another confirmation that Russia is acting as a terrorist state, using technology to occupy territories,” the agency said.
It will be recalled that mobile communications disappeared in the Kherson region on May 30. The connection disappeared around 6 p.m. Only the Russian network is available for connection.
