Authoritative analyst and insider Ming-Chi Kuo has issued a new statement. This time it’s about Sony’s long-awaited innovation – the PlayStation VR2 virtual reality helmet.
According to experts, the Japanese corporation has already completed the process of making the device. The next step is to start the supply chain of components, as well as start mass production of helmets.
Although Kuo does not rule out the possibility of a device in 2022, insists that if Sony’s management insists on releasing the PlayStation VR2 at the same time as the 20 most powerful games it supports, the gadget may only be released in early 2023.
It will be recalled that the day before, there was an online presentation of State of Play, where the VR-mode Resident Evil Village was announced. So far, this is only a version for the PlayStation 5.
