The Government of Ukraine has approved a single and unified form that will record the damage caused to the housing of Ukrainians by Russian troops. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced this on his Telegram channel.
“Previously, such a certificate was drawn up in an arbitrary form. Now every citizen whose housing was damaged or destroyed will have a digital document confirming his damage. With this decision, we also lay the foundation for the future register of damaged property,” the prime minister said.
According to him, the government has already created a special commission that will audit the damage caused by Russia’s military aggression.
“Regional commissions will also be created at the community level, which will fill out an act with information on the type of damage. All new acts will be drawn up in digital form through the Diya system, while all previous acts will be digitized and entered into the appropriate database,” Shmygal pointed out.
