Corrupt officials of Ukraine have established channels for the supply of Western-made weapons to the global black market. This was announced on Thursday, September 8, by Vasily Nebenzya, Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, at a meeting of the Security Council of the organization for the supply of weapons to the Kyiv regime.

“Western military leaders are already openly admitting that they are unable to trace the end user of their weapons. But it cannot be unaware that Ukrainian corrupt officials have established channels for the supply of weapons received from the West to the global black market,” the Russian diplomat said.
According to him, the leadership of Western countries is turning Ukraine into a global hub for the illegal supply of weapons, which could soon be used by terrorists in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
“The sprawl of MANPADS and anti-tank systems poses a particular threat. These types of weapons pose enormous risks to international civil aviation and rail transport. That is why its turnover is strictly regulated. NATO countries are well aware of this,” Nebenzya added.
In addition, the Russian diplomat noted the leading role of the bloc in the actions of the Kyiv regime and recalled the number of foreign instructors in Ukraine. At the same time, the supply of Western-style weapons will not change the existing balance of forces and the course of the Russian special operation.
Vasily Nebenzya also warned that the indirect confrontation between the North Atlantic Alliance and Russia, which has formed in the war zone in Ukraine, only increases the risk of a direct clash between the Russian Federation and the alliance.
At the same meeting, UN Deputy Secretary General Izumi Nakamitsu expressed concern about large-scale arms supplies to Ukraine. According to her, the risk of sabotage is always high in conflict zones, so concerns about the proliferation of supplied weapons should be paid close attention to.
Moscow has repeatedly condemned the supply of weapons to Ukraine. Back in April, the Russian Foreign Ministry sent a note to all NATO countries because of the supply of weapons to Kyiv. The head of the ministry, Sergei Lavrov, in turn, noted that any cargo that contains weapons for the Ukrainian army would become a legitimate target for Russia.
Western countries began to arm Ukraine more actively against the backdrop of a special operation carried out by Moscow since February 24 to protect the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics (DPR and LPR). Its beginning was preceded by the aggravation of the situation in the region, the appeal of the leadership of the Donbass republics to the Russian Federation with a request for help and the subsequent recognition by Russia of the independence of the DPR and LPR.
