Aspen Creek Digital Corporation (ACDC) has announced the launch of its first bitcoin business. It is a high-performance computing center with a capacity of 6 MW, equipped with a solar farm with a capacity of 10 MW.
“Recent market volatility has demonstrated the importance of our core strategy: capacity control as a major contributor to bitcoin mining,” said ACDC CEO Alexandra DaCosta.
ACDC uses Generation S19 miners to mine a data center in Colorado. Next to the enterprise is a research and executive center with a total area of 75,000 square feet.
The second ACDC facility will be a 30 MW data center capable of accommodating 10,000 ASIC miners. This data center will be connected to a 87 MW solar power plant, which will be commissioned this summer. The third project ACDC is working on is a 150 MW data center that will work with a 200 MW solar farm.
