Dark Sky disappeared from the App Store at the end of September, and has now stopped working even for users who had previously installed the app. The app is not available for Android smartphone users as of 2020.
On March 31, 2023, the API for third-party services will also be disabled. Apple’s WeatherKit API will appear instead.
The service was purchased by the company in March 2020, after which some of its functions were transferred to the proprietary “Weather” application.
