In the near future through the platform “Action” it will be possible to use the service of adoption of children.
According to Darya Gerasymchuk, the President’s Commissioner for Children’s Rights and Children’s Rehabilitation, one of the Ukrainian TV channels will be able to significantly simplify the procedure thanks to “Action”.
The service is planned to be introduced by the end of June, but from June 1, you can apply for the initial consultation in the “Family” section.
Features of the service in “Actions”
According to the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice Konstantin Koshelenko at the briefing, the advantage of the online application is that the system automatically pulls up all the information about the candidate. You can log in with a digital signature, and within 15 days the social services will contact the applicant and invite you for a consultation.
It will be possible to communicate with government officials both online and live. It is expected that by the end of August, users will also be able to submit packages of documents for adoption, guardianship, read children’s questionnaires, register family-type orphanages and more.
At the same time, the initial application for adoption can be submitted only during a personal meeting with social services. We will add that in Ukraine there are more than 17,000 children in need of adoption.
Assistance to Ukrainians in the EU
In May, Diya launched a center for Ukrainians in Warsaw, where they provide advice on obtaining a certain status in Poland, living abroad and starting a business. Recently, Diya.Business specialists started advising clients by phone in 7 European countries.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, IDPs often do not know where to get the necessary information about:

employment;
getting help.
Thanks to the virtual center, Ukrainians can get information on business support in the EU, types and amounts of taxes, how to get a job and change qualifications or find employees, find housing, office or school for a child, etc.

Earlier, “Today” reported that the “Action” for entrepreneurs launched a service “isDeclaration”, which will replace almost 400 types of licenses and certificates required for business activities during the war. At the same time, three European countries will start accepting documents from the “Action”.
