Anonymous managed to get personal data of members of the Russian hacker group Killnet. The stolen email addresses and passwords were published by Anonymous on the JustPaste web resource. They are in the public domain. Anyone can get acquainted with the stolen personal data of Russian cybercriminals.
The hacker group Killnet is pro-Kremlin. Its members work for the Russian special services. On May 21, a message appeared on Twitter about Anonymous declaring war on Russian hackers from the Killnet group.
JUST IN: The #Anonymous collective has hacked & released a list of emails and passwords used by the pro-Kremlin hackers Killnet, in order to discredit them and disrupt their activities.
Later, a post was published on the Twitter account of the international hacker movement about a successful attack on the Killnet web resource. During a cyberattack, Anonymous managed to destroy it. The goal of Anonymous is to neutralize the Russian hacker group.
There is an opinion that the US government is behind Anonymous. However, this hacker movement is transnational. After the beginning of the invasion of the RF Armed Forces, the activists of the movement came to the defense of Ukraine. They regularly attack Russian government web resources and IT systems of large Russian companies.
