Every Ukrainian can take part in demining the state. This was announced by First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin during a live broadcast of the All-Ukrainian telethon. Read about the new mobile application, its features and the first results of the application.
Mykolayiv region was among the territories where many explosives remained. Pyrotechnicians of the Nikolaev division of the State Emergency Service since the beginning of the Russian aggression as of May 27, 2022 withdrew 3,148 explosive objects.
Application “Demining of Ukraine”
The mobile application is aimed at creating an information and communication platform between SES bodies and citizens. Purpose: joint demining activities in Ukraine.
The application was developed by the state enterprise Infotech.
A beta version of the application is currently available, which will allow:
to get acquainted with the interactive map showing the places of detection of explosive objects and dangerous areas;
view the catalog of the most common explosive devices;
In a few clicks, send notifications of explosives and suspicious items and monitor their status.
The developers have announced the expansion of the functionality of the mobile application.
Thanks to the application, rescuers neutralized an armor-piercing projectile, the photo of which was received from a resident of Kyiv region. This was announced by Deputy Minister Eugene Yenin:
