According to Ukrinform, this was reported on the Telegram channel by Public.
“Kyivstar and Vodafone mobile communications have disappeared in Kherson,” the message says.
This information was confirmed by Kherson residents.
Kherson telegram channels inform that this was preceded by a powerful explosion, but now the connection is returning.
