Kyivstar continues a popular service for Ukrainians abroad
Mobile operator Kyivstar has continued its free roaming service for subscribers in some European Union countries. This means that Ukrainians in the EU will be able to use roaming services at their home rate without roaming charges.
To do this, Kyivstar subscribers only need to pay the cost of their tariff. It is noted that roaming has been canceled in 16 European countries:
Poland;
Slovakia;
Romania;
Hungary;
Moldova;
Germany;
Italy;
Lithuania;
France;
Bulgaria;
Spain;
Estonia;
Latvia;
Austria;
Netherlands;
Czech Republic.
According to the company, there are currently more than 2 million subscribers abroad.
What else is important for Ukrainians to know?
From June 1, 2022, Kyivstar subscribers will no longer be able to use three promotional packages. These are “4G 10,000 MB”, “Bonus 1000” and “Bonus 3000 MB”.
In addition, Kyivstar decided to launch a new military tariff plan “LOVE UA”. It will start operating on June 2, it will be able to connect business and contract customers. Details of the new tariff, the operator promised to announce on the day of launch.
