Telecom operator Kyivstar has extended the free roaming service for subscribers in 16 countries of the European Union.

“For the third month in a row, Kyivstar subscribers who have left for some countries of the European Community can use mobile services at no extra charge, at the same rates as in Ukraine,” the statement said.
