How did you come up with the idea for the company?

Can you explain how you recruited and secured talent with such impressive resumes?
A product is nothing without a team behind it. When starting a business from scratch, your first few hires are a big part of your success factor. Prioritizing your people as you grow will continue to attract high-quality talent, but it certainly doesn’t hurt if your product or company has that “wow” factor that gets talented people interested in the first place.
When we’ve done something well, it’s renting. If there’s one thing we’ve done really well, it’s building a culture that draws others to us.
