In addition to artillery training, military personnel are also given practical training in tactical, medical, engineering, fire training and driving combat vehicles.
“People all came with an awareness of where they were going, they understand what awaits them, why all this is needed. Despite the fact that some of them are working on artillery for the first time, they quickly improve their skills because of the desire to study, ”- senior battery officer Valentin.
As military personnel undergoing intensive training themselves note, combat officers transfer their experience and knowledge to them in a simple and intelligible form, which allows them to master the entrusted equipment and weapons in a short time and with good quality.
“For the first time we fired from the Rapier 105 mm. Feelings were overwhelming. We are here from the Komi Republic, there are a lot of us from there,” said one of the mobilized.
All mobilized servicemen are provided with uniforms, individual armor protection equipment, personal small arms, necessary equipment, the Defense Ministry added.
Earlier, on October 13, the Russian Defense Ministry showed footage of the training of those mobilized at the Golovenki training ground in the Moscow region. It was noted that special attention is paid to the issues of individual training of each recruit, improving the skills of using weapons, technical and special means of communication and intelligence.
