The government has addressed the resettlers with bad news: some Ukrainians will not receive their payments in May. Since March, the government has been supporting Ukrainians and paying monthly benefits.
Fortunately, our fighters managed to increase Kyiv, Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Ukrainians from these oblasts began to actively return home. Therefore, the government will decide to suspend payments to these IDPs. Only those citizens whose buildings were damaged or destroyed as a result of hostilities will receive funds. Such Ukrainians need to apply through the “Action” application to receive compensation for damaged housing.
Citizens living in the war zone and unable to return home will continue to receive payments. Lists of settlements change daily. For example, the other day inhabitants of one more community in the Nikolaev area got to the list.
