Ukrainian e-sports club NAVI has decided to end its cooperation with the captain of the CS: GO team, Russian Kirill (BoombI4) Mikhailov.
This decision was made to preserve the team’s reputation.
- – After the completion of PGL Major Antwerp, the NAVI e-sports club expelled Kirill BoombI4 from the active CS: GO roster. The reasons for the decision are related to the high risks of the club’s reputation and are not related to the results of its game, the statement said.
The lineup for the BLAST Premier: Spring Finals, which will take place in June, will be announced later.
Kirill Mikhailov has been performing for NAVI since May 2019. It is worth noting that the team includes two more Russians – Ilya Perfecto Zalutsky and Denis electronic Sharipov.
Mikhailov himself has not yet commented on the news of his removal.
