The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov shared in his Telegram channel information on new features that will be added to the “Action” portal. Thus, the application plans to launch military bonds, digital pension certificates and the first functionality of electronic notary.
According to Fedorov, a total of 9 services are planned to be launched in the near future, although many more are being developed at the same time. According to Fedorov, every week the Action team holds an Action Board to discuss new potential services.
The Ministry of Finance believes that an important point for the team is to simplify services by taking unnecessary steps for users. Even if you have to redo the whole feature from scratch, it’s worth it to reduce the time and number of clicks for users when receiving a service.
