Thousands of qualified programmers left Belarusian IT companies in April, which is at least twice as many as were employed in this sector in a month.
The outflow of specialists from the Belarusian IT sector continues. Since the beginning of the year, the enterprises have left twice as many specialists as they got a job.
The trend of the last month is also disappointing and indicates a continuing outflow of programmers from Belarusian companies. In April, 3,000 employees left the company, twice as many as in April 2021.
Belarusian companies are not as actively hiring new employees as they were a year earlier. In April of this year, the enterprises hired 938 specialists. This is 46% less than in April last year.
