Regulators may further restrict the dissemination of information on procurement of radio electronics

Regulators can further restrict the dissemination of information on procurement by state customers and state-owned companies of radio electronic products. Svetlana Legostaeva, General Director of the ANO for the development of the radio-electronic industry “Computer Engineering Consortium”, spoke about this during the Summit of Electronics Design Centers.

“The development of such measures (to limit the dissemination of information on the procurement of radio electronics) is in the “cage” (tasks solved by regulators),” she said. “But lawmaking is not a quick process, and it will take some time.”

According to Legostaeva, industry representatives expressed their wishes to close such information immediately after the imposition of sanctions against the Russian Federation, a number of Russian legal entities and individuals. At the same time, industry participants explain the need for such measures by the fact that the appearance in the public domain of information that a particular Russian enterprise can produce or supply a particular radio-electronic product (such information is usually available in the Unified Information System in the field of procurement ), significantly increases the risk of such an enterprise being included in the next sanctions list.

“Working under anti-Russian sanctions is already not easy, and getting into the sanctions list will make the work of companies even more difficult,” Legostaeva stressed.

At the same time, the head of “Computer Engineering” noted that some steps to limit the dissemination of information about the purchase of radio electronics (not only it) have already been taken. We are talking, in particular, about granting the subjects of the Russian Federation the right to determine the only suppliers for public procurement of certain goods, about recommendations for state companies to carry out appropriate purchases from single suppliers, to conduct them in non-competitive or closed competitive ways.
