Samsung is preparing to release several new ultra-protected devices. It will be a mid-range smartphone from the Galaxy XCover line and a tablet from the Galaxy Tab Active family. Some details about these devices have already appeared online.
Don’t miss it

Rumors of a new Samsung-protected smartphone surfaced back in March when an insider on OnLeaks published its renderings. It has now been spotted in the Google Play Developer Console (pictured above). Interestingly, some sources claim that it will be called Galaxy XCover Pro 2, while others believe in Galaxy XCover 6 Pro.

It is well known that the device will receive a 6-nanometer Snapdragon 778 processor. Google Play also states that the pixel density of its screen is 450 ppi, which corresponds to a diagonal of about 5.85 inches at a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels. For comparison, OnLeaks reported a diagonal of 6.56 inches, so there is no definite certainty. But we can say for sure that the smartphone has a teardrop-shaped cutout on the screen.

Another novelty with increased survival will be the Galaxy Tab Active Pro 2 tablet computer. Its existence has been confirmed by the authoritative German insider Roland Kwandt. However, there is no information on the device itself. It is only expected to have a 10.1-inch screen, like the original Galaxy Tab Active Pro.
