In Germany, scientists have created a microrobot with spiked limbs that can move inside the intestine and deliver important goods – drugs and sensors.
The dimensions of the microrobot are only 3.7 by 1.5 millimeters, but it can carry loads three times its own size and up to 20 times its own weight.
The device works autonomously.
