The Russian Hospitality Awards ceremony took place at the Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel in Moscow. Igora received the award in the Best Sports Hotel nomination.
The organizers of the award noted the high quality and unique variety of services provided by the sports cluster of the Igora resort. Vacationers can compete in 30 sports, which is actually a record figure for Russia.
The best mini-hotel was “Point on the Map of Vidlitsa”, which also reached the final of the nomination “Best Discovery of the Year”. Gustav Winter at Winter’s Dacha was recognized as the best restaurant in the hotel.
The finalists in the nomination “Best 3-star hotel” were “Point on the map of Priozersk” and “Point on the map of Sortavala”, and in the category “Best country hotel” – “Winter’s Dacha”.

Earlier it was reported that the all-season resort “Igora” became a finalist of the All-Russian hospitality award Russian Hospitality Awards in the nomination “Best Sports Hotel”.
The short list of candidates for the title of the best hotel was announced on December 28. According to the press service of the resort “Igora”, the experts evaluated the participants according to 24 criteria, including: the presence of different categories of rooms, sites for extreme sports and equipped recreation areas.
Guests of the resort “Igora” have the opportunity to choose different formats of accommodation.
“47 spacious hotel rooms with a separate living room and bedroom, 20 two-story aparthotel rooms with two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room, and 26 modern log cabins. They are equipped with underfloor heating and drying cabinets for ski equipment. Inside each cottage there is a private sauna and a cozy area near the fireplace. In 2021, the cottages underwent a complete renovation,” the message says.
The competitive advantage of “Igora” is the presence of 30 kinds of sports, recreation and entertainment in one area. For guests in winter there are 10 ski slopes with tracks of different levels, there are tracks for cheesecakes and cross-country skiing.
In November 2021, the all-season resort “Igora” won the “Best Tourist Center” nomination of the National Hotel Award – 2021.
