The Ministry of Finance is launching a hotline for Ukrainians in Europe: what can be learned

The Ministry of Finance is creating a hotline for Ukrainians in Europe

From now on, Ukrainian immigrants staying in European countries will be able to call and find out what they need. We tell you what kind of information you can get on the hotline.

Note In the Czech Republic, a Ukrainian-language medical consultation service has been launched for refugees

Thus, the Ministry of Finance stated that it is launching a virtual center Diya.Biznes – a hotline for IDPs from Ukraine to European countries.
Ukrainians will be able to quickly receive information about:

temporary protection status and other important aspects of staying in Europe;
assistance with housing and employment, finding a kindergarten, school, office, etc .;
rules for doing business in 7 EU countries (Poland, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Germany) and how to relocate to Ukraine later.

Requests from other EU countries will be prepared individually. It is noted that the center will also provide answers to internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
Pay attention! You can get a free consultation at the following telephone numbers: 080 033 31 83 (calls are free in Ukraine) and +48 22 266 22 75 (international number for calls from EU countries, the fee is charged according to the operator’s tariff conditions).

It will be recalled that earlier the EU set up a free hotline to advise Ukrainian citizens on the conditions of their stay in Europe.
