The Russians fired cluster munitions on the Kryvyi Rih region

The occupiers continue to fire at the Kryvyi Rih region with prohibited cluster munitions. An investigation has begun.

Details: According to the investigation, on May 23, the occupiers once again shelled the village of Malaya Kostromka, Kryvyi Rih district, Dnipropetrovsk region, from artillery with prohibited cluster munitions.

In addition, on May 22, the Russians shelled the outskirts of the village of Zelenodolsk, Krivoy Rog region. Fragments of an unexploded ordnance containing banned cluster munitions were found at the scene.

The Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office is investigating violations of the laws and customs of war.

As a result of the shelling of Malaya Kostromka, a residential building, power lines and gas supply lines were damaged.

The civilian population was not injured during the shelling of the aggressor. There are no military facilities in this area.
