In mid-May, the number of candidates who are actively looking for a job increased by another 460 people and amounted to 47,848. As for the number of vacancies, it fell by 285. Thus, 15,289 offers were available to job seekers.

Since the beginning of the war in the IT hiring market, the percentage of hiring junior-level IT specialists has almost halved, however, according to the Djinni report, the situation is gradually improving. So, in May, 14% of all offers on the service website were made to junior candidates.

Recall that on May 19, an online conference of the IT Ukraine association started, at which, among other things, the state of the Ukrainian IT industry and job searches during the war were discussed.
