According to him, the occupiers today gave power to Ukrainian mobile and Internet networks. Kyivstar and Vodafone launched in the region.
Internet and mobile communications from Ukrainian operators disappeared in the Kherson region on May 30. The State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection stated that it would probably not be possible to restore communications in the Kherson region in the near future, since the relevant equipment is under the control of the occupation regimes and the Russian military.
