On May 23, while performing combat missions in the Zaporozhye region, a conscript of the National Guard of Ukraine inflicted irreparable losses on the enemy for the second time in a month. With an accurate shot, the National Guardsman destroyed the combat attack aircraft of the invaders Su-25 Grach.
Details: The National Guard added that “with his professional, decisive and balanced actions, the fighter saved the lives of many of our compatriots.”
Recall: on April 21, it was reported that the air defense unit of the National Guard in the Zaporozhye region, based on MANPADS, destroyed an enemy K-52 Alligator helicopter.
As of May 24, during the three months of the war, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed a total of 205 enemy aircraft, 170 helicopters, 480 drones.
