“Kyiv: Main Post Office. Everyone who signed up will receive stamps tomorrow, and will also be able to redeem them. Starting at 9:00. We start from number 1 167 for purchase. Redemption – we start from the list compiled by Mr. Andrey, and then from number 436. Please – no new lists. If you come at 5 in the morning and start compiling them, no, you won’t be able to buy stamps. But you can buy online or on May 27 at the offices,” Smelyansky specified.

In addition, online sales start at 11:00 am on the 4 largest Ukrainian sites.

“The next sales of stamps in branches will be on May 27. We will announce in advance and give a list of branches (1,500) where stamps will be sold,” Smelyansky added.
