What to do if the smartphone does not turn on while charging

Smartphone users may experience a problem when their device is connected to charging, but for some reason does not turn on. The screen does not flash after connecting the adapter. There can be various reasons for this, and most of them are eliminated at home.

The first thing that can happen is a banal software error. In the electronic system of the smartphone, the charging controller may refuse to supply power to the battery. If your phone has a removable battery, try removing and inserting it. The date and time may be reset after the procedure, but the phone will charge and work successfully.

If your smartphone has been completely discharged for a long time, it may not turn on immediately after connecting to the power supply. The device may not show any signs of life for some time. The batteries need to be charged to switch on the appliance. So just wait for the first 20 minutes of charging and let your smartphone charge a bit.

There may also be a problem with the power supply. If there is no other charge nearby, try connecting your smartphone to a laptop. However, keep in mind that this method of charging is slower.

If the phone does not charge from third-party power sources (such as USB), it will need to be repaired.
