Will replace iPhone and MacBook. Bloomberg learned the details of the VR headset from Apple

The American company Apple is preparing to release a VR headset. The company believes that the new gadget could eventually supplant the iPhone as the company’s main product.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to Bloomberg.

Internally, Apple has laid out its vision of a headset that can be worn all day, anywhere. It will replace the need to work on a MacBook or even carry an iPhone with you. And, despite the high price of the original Apple headset – about 3 thousand dollars – some employees of the company believe that the first model will allow consumers to experience “the taste of a charming vision”.

Apple’s first mixed reality device, likely to be called the Reality Pro, will be released this year with a ton of new technology. In particular, starting with dual 4K displays and ending with a flexible OLED screen on the front panel that shows the user’s eyes. It will have more than a dozen cameras that will be able to analyze the user’s body, eye movements and environment.

The company hopes immersive video viewing, tight integration with other Apple products and improved VR-based FaceTime calls will attract consumers.

It will be recalled that Apple plans to sign a contract with the Chinese manufacturer Luxshare Precision Industry for the production of premium iPhone models.
