A day earlier, Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading employee of the Phobos weather center, noted that the meteorological summer in Moscow would begin on May 31. On this day, he specified, the capital region and all of Central Russia will fall into the warm sector of the cyclone.
In addition, on May 25, Tishkovets reported that in the capital, starting from Thursday evening, May 26, until noon on May 27, up to 15-20 mm of precipitation will fall – more than 30% of the monthly norm.
