According to Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, summer heat will come to Moscow as early as next week.
On May 25, meteorologist, leading specialist of the Phobos weather center Evgeny Tishkovets predicted the onset of meteorological summer in Moscow on May 31, while the current May will go down in meteorological history as one of the coldest final months of spring. According to him, the season finale “will delight Muscovites with the most comfortable warmth.”
