This website has a tab that lists all eligible devices with which you can install the Android 13 beta. Click the one you want to use and click “+ Connect”.

Step 4. Agree to the terms
When you do this, you will have to agree to the terms of the Android 13 beta. Read this document carefully, and if you are ready to proceed, click “Verify and Register”.
Step 5Check for Updates to Install Android 13 Beta
Now, using the device you registered for the beta, go to the Settings app, then tap System > Advanced > System update > Check for update, where Android 13 beta installation will be available ; however, it may take up to 24 hours to arrive. It should then be installed like any other software update.
