The Lithuanian foreign minister believes that the Russians can get rid of the Putin regime if they dare to try.
According to “European Truth”, he wrote about this on his Twitter.
“Lithuanians overthrew the Soviet regime, Ukrainians got rid of Yanukovych, Iranian women rebelled against the rudeness of the regime in Iran, and the Russians can overthrow Putin. Do not underestimate the power of freedom,” wrote Gabrielius Landsbergis.
He recently described the mass exodus of men from Russia who are trying to avoid mobilization as an “escape from responsibility”, stressing that they would have to rebel against the regime.
Lithuanian Prime Minister Ingrida Simonyte said that Lithuania and other countries have no obligation to save Russian citizens from mobilization and it would be inappropriate for humanitarian reasons to accept Russians who recently supported the war.
Recall, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and the Czech Republic have already announced that they will not issue humanitarian visas to Russians who want to evade mobilization.
