The developers of the AnTuTu benchmark have published a fresh rating of sub-flagship models – for May – and it looks very interesting. For the first time in history, the vast majority of smartphones from the list are built on the MediaTek SoC: seven out of ten are based on the Dimensity 8100. The eighth model uses the Dimensity 8000, so if we start from the family dominance aspect, then MediaTek has eight out of ten.
The second thing that attracts attention in the May AnTuTu rating is the meteoric rise of the Redmi Note T11 Pro+. The model was presented only on May 24, sales have just begun, and it has already soared into the top 3 most productive sub-flagships.
