NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy in September begins a pilot launch of filling stations of the arrested Glusco network under its own trademark U.GO – the first line of 30 filling stations will start operating in Kyiv and the region.
This was reported by the press service of the company.
The rest of the gas stations will be opened later on the results of the coordination of all necessary legal procedures with the Agency for Tracing and Management of Assets.
The company focused on meeting the needs of the market as quickly as possible. Therefore, we deliberately decided to start work even before the full completion of the change in the corporate identity of the filling stations,” said Vladimir Bychkov, director of Neftegaz Oil Trading LLC.
In addition, according to him, such a step will allow as soon as possible to resume the work of seized assets, employ people and pay taxes and fees to the budget of Ukraine.
The first filling stations under the U.GO brand started operating in 2017 in Kharkiv and the region. The U.GO trademark is owned by Ukrgasdobycha JSC.
Since 2022, Neftegaz Oil Trading LLC also has the right to use it, the goal of which is to expand the network in other regions.

“Both companies within Naftogaz will independently choose suppliers for the networks of filling stations in their management and pursue an independent pricing policy,” the company added.
In May, the Cabinet of Ministers decided to transfer the property of Glusko Ukraine LLC and Glusko Retail LLC arrested in criminal proceedings to the management of Neftegaz Oil Trading LLC in order to prevent the risk of an emergency in the energy sector, namely, a shortage of gasoline and diesel fuel.
In total, 172 objects were transferred to the disposal of Naftogaz Oil Trading: 126 filling station buildings, unfinished buildings, land plots and property located in different regions of Ukraine, including in the temporarily occupied territories and in the war zone.
