The Sony Xperia Ace III has a 5.5-inch HD + screen with 60Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus, a Snapdragon 480 5G SoC, 4GB RAM and 64GB flash storage.
The smartphone has a body with 140 x 69 x 8.9 mm, 13 MP main camera, 5 MP front camera, 4500 mAh battery. Runs the new Android 12 OS.
Sony Xperia Ace III is rated IP6X, IPX5 and IPX8. There is a fingerprint scanner on the side. The interface includes Mini-Jack and USB-C. NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are installed under the hood.
The Sony Xperia Ace III is available in gray, black, blue and orange. The smartphone is priced at $ 265. Sales have already started.
Right off the bat, the new Sony Xperia Ace III produces a 5.5 ”LCD display (w / Gorilla Glass Victus) that offers an HD + screen resolution with a 60Hz refresh rate. To help with selfies and video calls, the phone also has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera located along its upper bezel.
On the back, the phone has a pile-shaped camera module with a single 13-megapixel main camera with f / 1.8 aperture as Sony has finally decided to drop the 2 megapixel depth unit in the new model.
Underneath the hood, the Sony Xperia Ace III is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 480 chipset which is definitely a nice upgrade compared to the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset used in last year’s Xperia Ace II. It will be complemented with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage that can be further expanded with a microSD card.
