Starlink Ukraine (Starlink Ukraine) received an operator license. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov.
“The company has just been entered in the Register of providers of electronic communication networks and services at number 1. The SpaceX representative office will soon begin active work in Ukraine,” Fedorov said.
As Interfax-Ukraine clarifies with reference to the data of the State Register of Individuals and Legal Entities-Entrepreneurs, Starlink Ukraine LLC was registered on April 27, 2022 in Kyiv. Its leader is Elena Kandia.
The founder of the Ukrainian company is Starlink Holdings Netherlands B.V (USA), the ultimate beneficial owner is Elon Musk.
The authorized capital of Starlink Ukraine LLC is UAH 50.
As you know, at the end of February, the first Starlink satellite Internet stations appeared in Ukraine. They started working on March 1st. It was also reported that Ukraine will receive thousands of Starlink stations.
And on April 20, it became known that for the period of martial law in Ukraine, everyone will be able to use the Starlink Internet after completing all the necessary procedures.
