The adviser to the head of the Crimea said that air defense systems worked in Kerch

Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of Crimea on information policy, said in his Telegram channel that, according to preliminary data, air defense systems (air defense) worked in Kerch.

He assured that there was no danger to the city and the bridge.

Kryuchkov did not give details.

He later wrote that the Ukrainian media launched a “massive information campaign against the inhabitants of Crimea”, claiming that there was an alleged “threat of military operations” on the peninsula. Kryuchkov urged to believe only official information.

Earlier, a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Vadym Skibitsky, said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine would be able to use American missiles for strikes in Crimea. In response, Crimean political expert Ruslan Balbek said that “hitting Crimea with a missile is like banging your head against a wall” and that Crimea is reliably protected by air defense systems.
