On May 24, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the inclusion of Russian President Vladimir Putin in the top 100 most influential people in the world in 2022 according to Time magazine.
According to the press secretary of the Russian leader, there have been “better times” in the history of the publication.
“Well, I guess I would say, there is a lot of weird stuff in there, it’s completely incomprehensible why the most influential politician is the respected Prime Minister of Barbados [Mia Mottley] – it’s incomprehensible. <…> But by the way, this is probably the choice of the editors, ”Peskov said at a briefing.
