European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas recorded a joint appeal to the Ukrainians in connection with the massive Russian missile strikes, standing near the border of the European Union and Russia.

Ursula von der Leyen said she was shocked and outraged by the rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities.
“Putin’s Russia has once again demonstrated to the world what it stands for – barbarism and terror. For those responsible for this, there should be consequences … I express my sincere condolences to our Ukrainian friends. I know that Ukrainians cannot be intimidated by this. And Ukrainians know that we We will be by your side for as long as necessary,” the President of the European Commission stressed.
