Xiaomi has announced the launch of a new version of the Redmi K40S smartphone in white. A version with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory is offered for $ 329, and a version with 12/256 GB costs $ 359.
The phone is equipped with a 6.67-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED display with support for Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The device runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor in combination with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 flash memory.
The camera has a 48-megapixel Sony IMX582 sensor in combination with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle module and a 2-megapixel macromodule. The front of the device has a 20-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The device runs Android 12 “out of the box” with its own MIUI user interface on top. It runs on a 4500 mAh battery and supports fast charging with a power of 67 watts.
