Five people were seriously injured in a Ukrainian rocket attack on a mill in Tavriysk, Kherson region. This was announced on Monday, September 5, by the head of the military-civilian administration (MAC) of the Kakhovka district Vladimir Leontiev.
“Five wounded, there are seriously wounded, in the stomach, with limbs torn off … as a result of the shelling of a civilian facility – a mill in Tavriysk, where the production of flour and mixed fodder is located. There were no military men nearby, ”Leontyev told RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Leontiev said that the shelling of the Novaya Kakhovka region did not stop all night, since the beginning of the day there were 9 shellings.
Prior to that, on September 2, it was reported that Ukrainian troops launched a new attack on Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region, missiles hit the residential sector.
On the same day, news appeared that two private houses were damaged as a result of shelling in the center of Nova Kakhovka. One house caught fire, while windows were shattered in the second house during the shelling. According to preliminary data, no one was killed or injured during the shelling.
On August 31, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) carried out more than 20 launches at Nova Kakhovka. The Russian air defense system (AD) was activated.
On February 24, Russia launched a special operation to protect Donbass. The decision was made against the background of the aggravation of the situation in the region as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian military.
