“The invaders are blackmailing the population with the fact that Ukrainian operators will no longer work in the Kherson region, and are forcing them to buy starter packages of Russian mobile operators. When buying, they require a passport and sign a document that you recognize the Kherson region as Russian territory. At the same time, they, as always, launched their propaganda that Ukraine abandoned Kherson, ”the message emphasizes.
The authors ask the Ukrainian authorities to do everything possible to restore Ukrainian communications in the Kherson region.
