Museum of Honchar opened an online exhibition of archival photographs of Ukrainians

In support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Center for Folk Culture “Ivan Honchar Museum” launched an online exhibition of photographs of Ukrainians of past centuries in traditional dress.

According to Ukrinform, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy reports this on Telegram.

It is noted that the exhibition “Ukraine and Ukrainians” presents photographs of the late 19th – first half of the 20th centuries from the archival fund, collected by the founder of the museum Ivan Gonchar in the 18-volume artistic historical and ethnographic album of the same name.

As Ukrinform reported, in early May, the Lviv National Opera, together with Kontramarka.ua, with the support of MKIP, launched a charity online project TOGETHER WITH UKRAINE in order to support the Ukrainian people and culture during the war.
