The Ukrtelecom telecommunications company has resumed the Podilsk-Bershad transmission line, restoring communication in the Baltics of the Odessa region and in the cities of Pervomaisk, Yuzhnoukrainsk and Novy Bug in the Mykolayiv region.
According to Ukrinform, the State Service for Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine reports in a Telegram.
“Ukrtelecom specialists have resumed operation of the Podilsk-Bershad main transmission line. So now subscribers in Balta, Odessa region, as well as in Pervomaisk, Yuzhnoukrainsk and Novy Bug in Mykolayiv region can use the company’s services again.” – it is said in the message
Ukrtelecom also resumed the provision of IP services to Bakhmut subscribers in the Donetsk region and services in some settlements of the Sumy region, which were lost due to emergency power outages.
In addition, with the coordination of the National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Telecommunications Networks (NCU) at the State Special Communications Service and thanks to the rapid response of the lifecell disaster recovery group, 26 base stations were restored and communication in Mykolaiv Oblast improved.
