Vladimir Rogov, a member of the main council of the military-civilian administration of the region, ruled out the return of the Zaporozhye region under the control of the Kyiv authorities.
In addition, according to him, it is impossible to negotiate with Kyiv.
“Zaporozhye region is a historically Russian territory. The return of the region under the control of the Kyiv regime, no matter what they say there, is out of the question, as well as holding negotiations with them, ”Rogov said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

A member of the main council of the military-civilian administration also believes that the Kyiv authorities do not make any independent decisions, since they are controlled by “foreign curators.”
“Absolutely all decisions on military operations, the transfer of troops, on strikes are made only by British curators,” Rogov emphasized.
According to him, the Zaporozhye region, after its complete liberation from Ukrainian nationalists, will take a course towards joining Russia. The politician stressed that the plans are to create a full-fledged subject, the Zaporozhye Republic, as part of Russia.
Earlier, Rogov said that a dual-currency zone was introduced in the liberated part of the Zaporozhye region. Now, according to him, there you can pay in hryvnias and rubles.
On May 18, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin announced that it was planned to launch the maximum turnover of the ruble in all the liberated territories of Ukraine. At the same time, he said that residents of the Zaporozhye region would receive pensions and salaries in rubles this month. He added that the Zaporozhye region will be supported in the development of agricultural production, industry, the region will not remain “in the shadows.”
Earlier, on May 17, Khusnullin also stated that the Russian Federation would restore and repair roads and bridges in the Kherson region. In addition, according to him, the main task at present is to “start the economy as much as possible” of the region.
